Jamil Qureshi is one of today’s foremost practitioners of performance enhancing psychology. He has enjoyed working with a rich diversity of the most talented business and sports people in the world.

Jamil has helped six athletes reach number one in the world. In 2006, he was appointed as the first ever official golf psychologist to the European Ryder Cup team. He has worked with 22 golfers ranked in the top 50 worldwide, including two world number ones.

Jamil has also worked successfully with three English Premiership football clubs and the 2009 Ashes winning cricketers. Last year alone, he worked with businesses and industries in over 21 different countries, helping teams fulfil their potential.

He has developed and delivered change and leadership programmes at board level for Hewlett Packard, Emirates Airlines, Coca Cola and Unilever. In addition, Jamil lectures on the prestigious WorldProgram in the US, UK and China.

A world recognised speaker on all aspects of the psychology of performance, Jamil is one of only a few external psychologists ever permitted to study astronauts on the NASA Space Programme.

Eleanor Winton is a foresight and innovation specialist who helps leaders and organisations navigate rapid, complex and unpredictable change. As the founder of the Foresightfully consultancy, she works with executives to challenge conventional thinking, anticipate and plan for disruption, and develop practical long-term strategies. With expertise in analysing global trends, scenario planning and leadership, Eleanor provokes leaders with original and challenging ideas, empowering businesses to think and act differently.

Before Foresightfully, Eleanor designed and led KPMG’s Future Institute in the UK − the firm’s pioneering foresight capability − advising teams across industries including healthcare, logistics, natural resources and financial services. Her career spans legal policy, forensic investigations and innovation consulting, providing her with a unique combination of technical, analytical and creative problem-solving skills. She has worked with clients including Mars Foods, Aviva, British Airways, the NHS and Hiscox, helping them identify disruptive trends and to see opportunity in uncertainty.

Eleanor is the co-author of “The Disruption Game Plan: New Rules for Connected Thinking on Innovation and Risk”, offering a practical framework for leaders to respond to emergent risks whilst continuing to drive innovation. She is a faculty member on executive education programmes at King’s College London and Duke Corporate Education where she helps prepare future leaders to think disruptively and build resilient teams and organisations.
